Join Aprio's Nonprofit Consulting team and you will help clients maximize their opportunities. Aprio is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a Senior Advisor to join their dynamic team. The Aprio Nonprofit Consulting Group (NPCG) Senior Advisor works closely with Aprio NPCG Partners, our Professional Practice Team, and other Aprio NPCG staff as well as our clients to lead interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) client engagements. As part of a high-level consulting team, this position requires strong critical thinking, problem solving, communication, and project management skills as well as the ability to adapt to different client environments.

This position will be based in the DC area. This is a part-time, as-needed position. Engagement opportunities and weekly hours are driven entirely by client demand and business needs. While many engagements may require approximately 24-32 hours per week, there is no guarantee of any minimum number of hours in a given week, engagement, month, or period of time. Work may fluctuate, including periods where no client work is available. However, work will not exceed 40 hours a week and the Senior Advisor can choose to accept or decline any engagement. The salary range for this part time hybrid position is $185 - $200/hour.

The Aprio NPCG Senior Advisor's responsibilities would include successful planning, leading, and management of engagements within our 5th business pillar of service.
