Amentum is seeking an HR Services Coordinator to contribute to the success of the Human Resources Shared Services and Data Management function, focused in the areas of end user support, data entry and audits. This individual will handle confidential employee data and must demonstrate the professionalism and integrity required for such a sensitive position. The role requires analytical ability and creativity to solve challenges in an efficient and minimally disruptive way. This position requires regular communication with the HRIS and other HR support teams. This position is approved for US remote-telework and US Citizenship is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executing, validating, and auditing complex HR transactions in ADP and Workday, ensuring data quality and integrity compliance with internal protocols
- Overseeing technical execution of employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, transfers, promotions, terminations, compensation actions, etc., ensuring effective operations
- Generating reports and auditing data to ensure data quality and integrity
- Addressing escalated inquiries and technical HRIS issues
- Answering routine inquiries concerning HR issues
- Collaborating closely with internal groups to ensure accurate project set-up in Workday
- Conducting periodic audits and reconciliation exercises with ADP and Costpoint to validate data is in sync between systems
- Testing of new HRIS functionality
- Providing training to end users as needed
- Assisting with personnel file request (i.e. legal subpoena request)
- Handling verbal and written employment and salary verification requests for third parties, current or former employees on an as-needed basis (i.e. lending verification, immigration letters, legal request, etc.)
- Processing unemployment claims and hearing notifications in coordination with HR Business Partners in Experian Employer Services (Hamlet).
- Completing I-9 (Employment Eligibility Verification) used to verify the identity and work authorization of new employees
- Performing other duties as assigned

- Must be able to demonstrate a sense of urgency with time sensitive matters and projects.
- Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 3+ years relevant HR administrative/support role experience required
- Experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- US Citizenship is required.
- Desired Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Experience with Workday, ADP, and Deltek Costpoint, or comparable complex system strongly preferred
- ServiceNow or case and knowledge management experience preferred
- Government contracting experience preferred
