Compliance and Risk Officer
Latitude
About this role
Latitude is seeking an attorney to serve as Compliance & Risk Officer for a permanent position with a growing manufacturing company serving the aerospace, defense, space, and semiconductor industries.
This is a highly visible, enterprise-wide role reporting to the General Counsel and Compliance Officer. The successful candidate will serve as the company's first dedicated compliance and risk leader and will be responsible for building and running a unified compliance program across multiple operating companies and facilities in the United States and Canada.
This is a build role, not a maintenance role. The role is particularly well suited for a lawyer with deep government contracting and export controls experience, a meaningful background in operational and enterprise risk management, and the ability to lead ESG and sustainability initiatives.
